Ironfire Workspaces provides space-as-a-service, which is an essential resource for remote and independent workers who are unable to work safely, effectively, or productively from home. The health and safety of our members, guests, and staff is our top priority, and we adhere to all official mandates from State and local authorities pertaining to the COVID-19 pandemic. Because of the Health & Safety Protocols described below, we operate our shared spaces in a manner that is exceptionally safe, providing peace of mind for you and your team.


HEALTH & SAFETY PROTOCOLS: ( updated August 22, 2022 )

As of August 22, 2022, we are no longer requiring verification of vaccination status in order to unmask. Any person who wishes to continue masking may do so at their own discretion.

We provide a streamlined, touch-free check-in process.

100% of our on-site staff is fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

Members, guests, and staff are asked to stay home if they are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 or if they have recently come into contact with someone known to have tested positive for COVID-19.

Members, guests, and staff are encouraged to self-distance in all common areas.

Touch-free hand sanitizing stations are provided for members, guests, and staff.

Workstations and meeting rooms are cleaned promptly after being vacated, and meeting rooms are locked when unused.

High-touch surfaces are peridiodically sanitized throughout each day, including door handles, countertops, and work surfaces.

HVAC is active at all times during business hours to optimize indoor air quality and flow.

Restrooms are equipped with touch-free faucets and auto-flushing toilets.

In-person events are less frequent and may have limited capacity until further notice.

Signage may be posted in our common areas as a reminder of some of these Health & Safety Protocols.
