Ironfire Workspaces provides space-as-a-service, which is an essential resource for remote and independent workers who are unable to work safely, effectively, or productively from home. The health and safety of our members, guests, and staff is our top priority, and we adhere to all official mandates from State and local authorities pertaining to the COVID-19 pandemic. Because of the Health & Safety Protocols described below, we operate our shared spaces in a manner that is exceptionally safe, providing peace of mind for you and your team.

HEALTH & SAFETY PROTOCOLS: ( updated September 2021 )

  • 100% of our on-site staff is fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

  • Every member and guest is given a temperature check upon arrival each day.

  • Our streamlined check-in process is touch-free for members and guests alike.

  • Members and guests are asked to stay home if they are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19.

  • Members and guests are asked to stay home if they have recently come into contact with someone known to have COVID-19.

  • Face masks must be worn properly in all common areas and can only be removed when sitting.

  • Members and guests are encouraged to self-distance in all common areas.

  • Touch-free hand sanitizing stations are provided for staff, members, and guests.

  • Fresh fruit and other unpackaged food items are temporarily unavailable in our micromarket.

  • Workstations and meeting rooms are cleaned promptly after being vacated.

  • High-touch surfaces are peridiodically sanitized each day, including door handles, countertops, and work surfaces.

  • HVAC is active at all times during business hours to optimize indoor air quality and airflow.

  • Restrooms are equipped with touch-free faucets and auto-flushing toilets.

  • In-person events were suspended through August 31, 2021, and will have limited capacity through the end of 2021.

  • Signage is posted in our common areas as a reminder of some of these Health & Safety Protocols.
