The grand opening and ribbon cutting for our first location (Viking Way in Long Beach, CA) took place on Thursday, January 11, 2018. It was attended by Long Beach Mayor Robert Garcia, District 5 Councilmember Stacy Mungo, the Long Beach Business Journal, and several dozen members of the community, including many local entrepreneurs and small business owners.
