MeetSuite is a modern, hospitality-driven meeting venue for teams, freelancers, and remote workers who want a private, professional space without the hassle of traditional office or meeting room rentals. The room includes premium furnishings and amenities, blazing-fast WiFi, and all the essentials needed for productive meetings or focused work.
Booking is quick, easy, and affordable. Guests receive a secure digital key prior to arrival, allowing instant access — no check-in, no staff, no friction. The space is always spotless, calm, and ready when you arrive. Our micromarket provides grab-and-go convenience for snacks and drinks, and there's plenty of free parking right outside.
Perfect for client meetings, interviews, creative sessions, workshops, tutoring, or content creation, MeetSuite provides an upscale and reliable place to meet or work when you need uninterrupted time in an environment that feels both comfortable and elevated.
This 900 square foot conference room offers tons of natural light and seating at the table for 14 guests with peripheral seating for at least six more. Enjoy blazing-fast WiFi and cast wirelessly to two 75" TVs. Other amenities include a six-foot rolling whiteboard, B&W printing, hot and cold filtered water, complimentary assorted teas, a micromarket, a dedicated restroom, free parking, and secure keyless access.

IMPORTANT: Two-hour minimum for all bookings. No smoking or vaping is allowed on premises. No pets are allowed on premises, including service animals. No children under age 14 are allowed on premises without permission of venue and sufficient adult supervision. We are unable to host celebratory or religious events of any kind in this space. Venue is on the second floor with no elevator access. Please contact us with any questions prior to booking.

We're located just a few blocks north of the 91 freeway in the City of Anaheim. If you're arriving by freeway, take the Imperial Hwy exit, go north, then left on La Palma.
Parking
There's plenty of free parking on site, and charging stations are available for electric vehicles.

MeetSuite is located right above Caffe In at the southeast corner of the building. Take the stairs to the second level, and you've arrived!
